Our guarantee

All items are guaranteed to be genuine items as originally awarded or issued, unless clearly stated as otherwise in the description. In the unlikely event you are dissatisfied with any item, you may return it within 7 days of receipt for an immediate no-quibble refund. This is conditional on items being returned in the same condition as when they were sent out, and it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all such items are correctly packaged for return.

Ordering

Our site has recently been upgraded to make use of a PayPal powered shopping card.  You should click the button beside your desired item to add it to the shopping cart.  You should also indicate the type of postage service you require by selecting one of the available methods.  NB You only need to do this once per order.  If you should choose more than one postage method any extras can be removed from your shopping cart prior to completing your order.

You may also order by e-mailing us at almacmedal@aol.com. Please order by item number, together with brief description, e.g. Item no C109, 1822 Crown. Remember, most items are one-offs, so it's first come - first served. Confirmation of your order will be e-mailed by return, (orders checked daily). Confirmation will include full amount to be charged to your credit/charge card, if you are using this method of payment, including postal charges (see below). 

Payment

All payments must be made in £ (pounds) sterling. You may pay by one of the following methods:

• via our online shopping cart powered by PayPal (no account needed)
• by credit card or charge card (all major cards accepted)
• by cheque made out to 'Collectors Corner' in £ (pounds) sterling. Items paid for by cheque will be held for 5 days to allow arrival of payment, and will be despatched when the cheque has cleared.

When paying by credit or charge card you must supply the following details either by e-mail (preferred), or by telephone on (01326) 573509, 1800-2130 UK time.

1. Card number and type of card (e.g. Visa, Master Card etc)
2. Expiry date
3. Issue number (charge/switch cards only)
4. Cardholder's name and initials as they appear on the card
5. Card billing address, including postcode/zip code. Items will only be sent to this address, and no other
6. Name of the bank that issued the card

Postal Charges

Within the UK, items will be sent First Class (uninsured) for £1.00, or £5.00 for UK Special Delivery, guaranteed next day delivery and fully insured.

International orders can be sent via Overseas Air Mail for £2.00 or via International Signed-For (insured for up to £500) for £6.00.
